I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious football coach with a UEFA B License awarded by the English FA. My passion for the game drives me to continuously seek improvement and embrace challenges both within and outside of football. My extensive experience working with various age groups allows me to adapt my coaching style to meet the unique needs and abilities of each player.Coaching Experience:Morecambe FC Academy:Head Coach, U10s: In this role, I planned and delivered dynamic training sessions. I utilized the PMA/KITMANLAB platform to record and analyse performance data, allowing me to tailor my coaching strategies to individual players and track their progress over time.Assistant Head Coach, Youth Development Phase (U12-U16): Here, I took the lead in designing and conducting sessions, fostering a positive learning environment that encouraged players to challenge themselves. I collaborated closely with fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive approach to player development across the age groups.Private Academy:Managed the U15s age group while also overseeing Development Phase training for over 350 kids each week. My responsibilities included creating training plans that focused on both technical skills and game tactics, as well as providing mentorship to younger coaches.Internships:Completed two work experience internships at Legia Warsaw in Poland, where I gained invaluable insights into different coaching methodologies and player development strategies. These experiences enhanced my understanding of the global football landscape and enriched my coaching toolkit.
