• Participate in Policy Development, Implementation, and Monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environment policies and strategies to ensure corporate sustainability and development.• Track QHSE Strategic Objective, Non-Conformity, Significant Behavior Based Safety Cards, QHSE plans, and KPIs.• Ensured all aspects of pollution control, waste management, and environmental awareness programs are conducted as planned.• Conduct Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification, and Control.Conduct Environmental Impact Assessment.• Discuss Job Safety Analysis/Job Hazard Analysis (JSA/JHA) prior to a task and closely supervise the task.• Inspect Cargo Carrying Units (CCUs), Waste/Mud Skids, Gas Racks, Oil Tanks, Cargo Baskets, and other containers before and after each use.• Ensure appropriate stickers are placed on Gas Racks and containers carrying hazardous materials for load-out.• Ensure statutory examination of all containers, and track maintenance plan.• Issue out Permit To Work (PTW) and closely supervise tasks to ensure successful operation.• Provided technical advice and liaised with relevant bodies and local authorities on Health, Safety, and Environment matters.• Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance with legislation and company regulations.• Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards.• Provide technical advice and support to both internal and external parties on HSE issues. • Participate in incident investigations to determine both immediate and root causes and ensure lessons learned from incidents are discussed during weekly safety meetings.• Train and monitor employee HSE performance and compliance with safety rules.

Standardize test solution and place requisition for reagents • Conduct routine analysis in line with standard operational procedure (SOP) • Conduct standard test to accept or reject raw materials for production • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure it is market worthy • Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) • Determination of fat content, ash content, peroxide value, pH and moisture content in raw material and finished goods. • Determination of percentage Free Fatty Acid (%FFA) in finished products using Acid-Base titration • Send daily and monthly report to head of department for evaluation. • Conduct product Sensory sections and document report on the obtained result • Safe cleaning of class wears and all laboratory apparatus result • Retrieve product each hour from each production line for shelf-life storage • Safe cleaning of glass wears and all laboratory apparatus
