I bring more than 20 years of state, school and private practice experience to my work with adolescents, teens, adults and families.In my practice, I incorporate Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) with other modalities such as psychotherapy, family systems, mindfulness and solution focused therapy depending on the needs of my clients. A key difference between my practice and many others is that, in addition to working with adults, I have extensive experience with adolescents and teens.
