A doctor of physiotherapy and Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP). I specialize in neuro-musculoskeletal rehabilitation (NMSK). I bagged my first degree in physiotherapy from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. My beliefs and quest for the optimal best in what I do led me to further my education in Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) at the National University of Medical Sciences, USA after I bagged my master’s degree in Athletic Therapy, a popular known as Sports Medicine.I believe in the practice that promotes evidence-based and supports research in the advancement of knowledge, skills, and management of physiotherapy services and for efficient processes that will continually raise the bar of results. As a physiotherapist, I am concerned with identifying and maximizing quality of life and movement potential within the promotion, prevention, treatment/intervention, and rehabilitation. I have gained extensive experience working in both the public and private sectors with over fifteen years of cumulative working experience in a variety of clinical settings. I presently work in Surrey Physio as an MSK FCP where I work as an autonomous practitioner in providing physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, and treatments to a wide range of musculoskeletal patients. Also takes professional responsibility as a first-contact physiotherapist, with high-level decision-making and clinical-reasoning skills to assess, diagnose and triage patients with MSK conditions in primary care/GP practices.
