Wolf productivity limited has been created by David Canfield and Dan Doherty. As experienced industrial engineers with over 30yrs combined experience we started our careers at Ford Motor Company as apprentice electricians and finished as senior industrial engineers.While working in the industrial engineering department we have been involved in All headcount savings and capacity improvements since 2001 up until 2019 when we created Wolf Productivity. Since leaving Ford we have worked for General Dynamics and have planned projects for other companies in various manufacturing areas.From our research of manufacturing facilities across the UK it is clear there are many opportunities where to improve, but the key is that these companies understand where the improvements can be made.We specialise in highlighting these areas and then producing a plan to improve, resulting in a more sustainable future.As we have found, when searching for companies/personnel to help you business decrease your inefficiencies there are a lot of choice with the titles Lean Manufacturing/ continuous improvement/ productivity improvements etc. But there is very little in the search of expertise. The titles above are relatively new, but all come from the ‘Old’ name of industrial engineering. This is why we at Wolf Productivity refer to ourselves as Industrial engineers. Because we started in engineering as Industrial engineers and have seen all these names come and go.
