CurrentLead internal clinical and scientific teams in VOC sessions and data-driven RFP analyses for vendor selection for outsourcing. Lead cross function teams driving contracting by translate scientific request to operational needs, run cost comparison and conduct price negotiations. Manage end-to-end sample logistics for Vaccine Biomarker clinical trials, lead analyzes of clinical protocol on the operational impact clinical protocols. Develop front to end project budget proposals.Setup external relationship with Academic Partners and Key Opinion Leaders, Clinical Research Organizations and Central Labs. Design governance structures with Business Development and Project Management. Ensure handover of responsibilities for effective and efficient outsourcing. Manage outsourcing activities using trackers, KPI’s, progress meetings.Lead internal team on contract management, invoicing and PO reconciliation. Coach project managers on stakeholder and project management and the use of milestone trackers and KPIs.Perform external quality audits, reporting findings and CAPA’s. Lead risk analyzes and Problem-Solving sessions with internal and external cross functional teams. Lead and oversee team responsible for Worldwide network of local specialty labs and managing outsourcing activities. Lead cross functional operational meetings with internal and extern teams. Setup and lead departmental Continues Improvement structure, process. Provide coaching and strategies on departmental improvement projects. Foster an open culture to ensure a continuous improvement environment and mentor/coach CI projects and change leadership (yellow belt coaching). Coach the setup of business plans, pitch talk, and just-do-it projects. Lead cross-departmental CI projects and Lessons Learned sessions.Setup company LEAN Hub. Chair LEAN community of Green/Blackbelts, support and coach yellowbelt coaches and stimulate knowledge sharing. Standardize tools, database for projects and LEAN trainings.
