I have been working in the Defence Industry for 23 years. For Germany, Europe, USA and NATO. The importance of collaboration in this environment I can experience every day. In 2013 I had the opportunity to elaborate on this topic with my master's thesis about "Competitive advantage and greater customer value within the German Defence Industry through collaboration along the Supply Chain" bereits 2013.I understand, decide and act quickly, which can be challenging for everyone around me and myself.
