Role PurposeTo plan, coordinate, manage and report upon the work activities of the warehouse team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training, and development.Responsibility for the organization and control of all warehouse resources ensuring the delivery of high quality and cost-efficient service to customers.To monitor the ongoing progress of the operation during shifts, liaising with the Operations in order to alleviate problems and amend resource output plans as required.Customer:• To manage all warehouse resources in accordance with customer demands;• To provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate preparation and presentation;• Liaise with customers to gain a better understanding of their requirements;• OTIF, timely and accurate dispatch of orders to the customers;• Prepare & deliver feedback through root cause analysis for the customer in a timely manner;• Meet and exceed customer SLA and KPI´s.People:• Maintain skills training matrix;• Support direct reports development requirements;• Manage time and attendance and follow through the return to work process;• Deliver agreed KPI´s against the agreed resource plan on a shift basis;• To manage the warehouse resources in accordance with operational volumes and business requirements.Operations:• Monitor compliance of standard operating procedures;• Be responsible to enforce safe work practices and procedures. Identify and report unsafe or harmful workplace conditions or hazards;• Carry out the daily site and warehouse audits using the E-CAT program;• Ensure productivity and efficiency are achieved.Cost• Ensure client service targets are met and budgeted and financials targets are achieved;• Ensure the service is met through accuracy and on-time delivery;• Work alongside partners for effective facilities management;• Control necessary KPI´s through ongoing monitoring and review and take appropriate actions.

• Logistics operations delivery (Goods In, Order process Pick, Pack, Move, Vs SLA/KPI targets)• Management of operational staff.• Schedule, Plan, and conduct daily Resource Planning.• Ensure order/inventory shipping accuracy.• Monitor quality, accuracy, timelines for works.• Monitor KPI’s and capacity utilization, future requirements and recommend any corrective actions.• Staff performance reviews.• In conjunction with the Site Manager organize warehouse to meet customer agreed delivery schedules and ensure that operational costs are kept within budget.
