Per owner request; developing plans for new projects including a water well, aquaponics design, and landscape development. VA - concurrently opened and managed a procurement branch in the Eastern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in support of the Procurement Subcontracts Division (PSD) in Riyadh, KSA for Northrop Grumman Corp; hired, trained, and supervised three personnel in the compliant acquisition of goods and services to support the Directorate of Training for the Saudi Arabian National Guard Modernization Program. This project became fully functional & operationally independent within 90 days.ACHIEVEMENTS: 1) Completed the construction of the Foundation HQs in Thailand at a cost savings of 220,000 baht. 2) Completed all Foundation projects in Thailand within schedule and at a cost savings of nearly 300K baht. 3) Successfully opened a new procurement & subcontracts branch in the KSA within the 90 day schedule for Northrop Gruman's Technical Services Division.

Reviewed and processed thousands of Letters of Technical Directions (LOTDs) and hundreds of Change Orders (COs) including Project Planning Requests (PPRs), Project Planning Estimates (PPEs), and Project Planning Schedules (PPS) for comparative analysis against approximately eighty modifications issued to the TO base contract.ACHIEVEMENTS: 1) Was handpicked from a group of 30 coworkers to manage the funding analysis of a billion dollar contract while concurrently managing the best HUB of 7 HUBs in the South AOR 2) Initiated and drove the process through to completion; the removal & replacement of 8 waste water septic tanks on Spin Boldak; the project was completed 2 months ahead of schedule with a cost savings of $88K US dollars for the customer to de-obligate and reallocate the funds to other competing projects.
