I joined the Berlin Baker & McKenzie team in 2000 where I currently head the Labor Law Practice Group. Since 2002, I am admitted as an attorney specialized in labor and employment law. Seconded to Baker & McKenzie London in 2003, I became local partner in 2005, and was elected partner in 2009. I co-authored the German section of Baker & McKenzie’s Worldwide Guide to Termination, Employment Discrimination, and Workplace Harassment Laws and Global Employer.
