ITEMs können sein neue Portalseiten, Teilbereiche, Textänderungen, Banner, Tabellen, Quicklinks sowie ziemlich alle pflegbaren Elemente des Portals Prüfung und ggf Korrektur der Request nach definierten Grundlagen und Regeln Erstellung und Freischaltung der ITEMs (ggf 4-Augen Prinzip) Kalenderpflege und -überwachung Portalüberwachung ; Kontinuierliche Qualitätsüberwachung Prüfung und Freigabe neu erstellter Workflowrequests incl direkter Kommunikation an den verantwortlichen Fachbereich• Verwendete Tools sind MS Office, Adobe AEM

Responsible maintenance of SAP STORE Content via SAP HYBRIS (hmc) Taking over communications with functional units Receipt , check and implementation of provided data elements into productive and test system environments of the SAP Store Receiving and documenting occurred errors and issues; Working with management assistance tools such as WIKI and the SAP JIRA Ticket tool Autonomous processing of requests at the global test system and productive system. Detection of errors and / or forwarding to responsible functional units Preparing and progressing scheduled Go-Lives into live systems Diagnostics and error corrections Formatting and changing elements with HTML Support (1LS / ITIL, Jira )Creation of functional documentations and training documents Working with provided reports (mass uploads, system tools ) Taking part in setting up product specific websites with corporate identity e.g. in mind Cooperation with international teams and partners Maintaining SAP Store webpage with SAP Hybris WCMS tool
