Defined, adjusted, and managed the processes for coordinating all projects & programs for one of the world's biggest SAP platforms that runs HP's multi-billion dollar services business.

Managed the development and deployment of a SAP-based application to improve the planning and delivery accuracy of HP’s worldwide multi-billion professional services, outsourcing services, and customer support business.

Managed the creation of web-based intranet & internet applications and provided consulting on web application development for external customers and internal departments through a team of project managers, business analysts and developers.

Managed several releases of a Unix-based solution sold worldwide for the management of users/groups, for software distribution, and for hardware/software inventory in big enterprise networks. Customers included Munich Re and Shell.

Managed a medical R&D team to create application software for HP’s Component Monitoring System (CMS). The software included the graphical user interface, alarming and networking components, and its interface with external medical devices, e.g. ventilators, intravenous pumps, etc.

Successfully sold software engineering solutions (consulting services and Unix-based software development tools) to major accounts all over Germany (Daimler, DASA, Alcatel, Bosch). Consistently achieved 100+% of quota and was invited to the National Achievers Club in two consecutive years. First to profitably sell new major software consulting service in Europe involving the analysis of a customer's software engineering processes with subsequent improvement recommendations.

Actively participated in many project manager breakfast meetings, evening and career management events, coached a team from the NASA Ames Research Center through PMISV's Project of the Year 2005 contest (which that team then won!), and presented business mapping techniques to project managers at the joint PMISV and SDForum Tools & Techniques Forum.
