Wolfgang was project lead/team member of various projects at the intersection between technology, strategy and commercial departments; of note is his contribution to Vodafone’s strategy defining its global Wi-Fi strategy and the generic business framework for the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), an integral part of 3G.He was founding member of Vodafone’s global competitor and market intelligence unit and responsible for negotiating global contracts with research firms and Vodafone’s internal daily news briefing focusing on global market and competitive dynamics with more than 1,000 subscribers.
