My research interests relate to the interplay between motivational and strategic determinants of conflict and negotiation behavior. Within this domain, I focus on ethical decision-making, representative negotiation, and group and intergroup negotiations.I teach negotiation classes and other courses in the Psychology bachelor program, the master program of Social and Organizational Psychology, and at Leiden University College The Hague.
