With over 20 years of experience in biopharma and clinical research, I am a leader in strategic operations and vaccine development. I currently serve as the Vice President of Strategic Operations at a company that develops partnerships with start-up biotech companies to support resourcing and strategy of early clinical development programs across broad therapeutic areas. I am also the founder of my own company, where I leverage my expertise and network to advance the field of biopharma innovation.My core competencies include strategic resource planning, organizational innovation, and corporate responsibility. I have a proven track record of managing complex and diverse portfolios, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering patient-centric and collaborative cultures. I have supported global COVID-19 vaccine and treatment studies, led the clinical operations division of a CRO through reorganization and global growth, and contributed to the approval of several vaccines including Quadrivalent and pandemic Flu, and RSV. I hold an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from The George Washington University, and I am pursuing graduate studies in corporate sustainability.
