Led the team responsible Fiber to the Business site acquisition and Ethernet expansion for Project Velocity IP (VIP). Received nationwide recognition for unmatched network operations deliverables and for the unprecedented results in leading sales teams into newly lit buildings.

Responsible for General Order 95 and joint pole matters for C&E West. Represented AT&T on several external boards, committees, and panels including: GO 95/128 Rules Committee, Joint Pole Safety OIR Technical Panel, Northern California Joint Pole Association, and the Southern California Joint Pole Committee. Supported Wireline and Wireless integration for antenna placements on joint poles. Partnered with internal regulatory SMEs on several proceedings and reviews. Worked with local network operations to negotiate joint use agreements with municipal utilities. Managed the team responsible for all joint pole billing in California.

Led a group of engineers, project managers, and public works coordinators responsible for outside plant projects including: Ethernet to Cell Site design; FTTN permits, node designs, F2 conditioning; U-Verse held orders; and commercial power project management.

Partnered with utilities, municipalities, and community stakeholders to ensure permits, commercial power services, and rights-of-way were secured on time to meet the timeline for a large Fiber to the Node program. This role consisted of two main responsibilities:1. Creating, implementing and managing all aspects of permitting including a public notice and feedback hotline process that was used to deploy over a thousand nodes in the South Bay. This involved activities ranging from meeting with high level officials to one-on-one discussions in residents homes to attending community meetings to training engineers on permitting standards.2. Program managing the commercial power process for each node project. This included automating manual reports, repairing strained stakeholder relationships, and relentless driving execution with all involved in the process.

Responsible for managing the design, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of outside plant network construction projects ranging from Lightspeed to government mandated relocations. Managed several routes in South Bay.

Responsible for building network construction projects and provisioning telecommunication services for commercial and residential customers.
