Working with the Training Delivery Infrastructure Support Team within the SAS Education division to support Live Web classes.My main task is to technically support virtual classrooms (Zoom with AWS and Azure Virtual Labs) for SAS deeper learning. Classes can have up to 100 students, and virtual labs and machines must be maintained for each student. Tasks include resetting virtual machines, uploading images, managing SQL databases, resolving connectivity issues, logging and documenting important statistics for classes, servicing instructors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.I also composed multiple UI redesign proposals to promote deeper learning and efficient workflow.

Summer 2018: Worked with the JMP Customer Care Department. Projects included:- Created a JSL script that opened and triggered auto-translation for the top viewed posts in JMP Blogs and JMP Discussions pages. This project saved the Customer Care team the time and hassle of opening each page individually.- Published a blog post about the application and use of the Internet Open function in JMP. My JMP Premier project dealt heavily with the function; hence, I felt like I was proficient enough to write about it. This gave me an amazing opportunity to showcase my technical knowledge as well as my professionalism.- Formatted JSL scripts on top viewed posts in the Community discussions. This task involved using pretags to better organize the structure of popular posts.

Summer 2017: Worked with the JMP Customer Care Department. Projects included:- Orchestrated the movement of Discovery Summit articles (2012-2014) to the JMP Community. This gave me a good introduction to JMP as a whole, as well as insight into the functions of the JMP website.- Developed the UI for a JMP Add-In that transferred data from OLEDB to SQL databases. This was the most technically intensive part of my internship, and included coding with JSL and Python, designing user friendly UI, and coordinating my work with coworkers.
