As a client of Driven! they were having issues "getting organized" and responding to their very large group (1.2 million followers on Facebook or our list of 250,000 email addresses) of followers in a timely matter. I put together a system for quickly responding to supporters with proper procedures for contact, follow up, and appreciation communications with these same supporters. Opened doors to hundreds of possible donors with a telemarketing group and introduced to the founder many leaders and public figures able to assist United With Israel grow and fund new projects.

As a client of Driven! I provided Embrace Israel with market research, telemarketing, and public relations services including acting spokesperson for this advocacy group in the electronic media. We then merged our team with the United With Israel team.

Driven! was brought in for my extensive collection of telecommunication contacts as the company was attempting to tie the billing infratsructure of these VOIP players around the world with their award winning payment technology whereby online purchases could use their VOIP account whether their VOIP bills were pre or post paid.

This dynamic company came to Driven! with a need to launch its sophisticated new event manager tool using social media and pr tools. We focused on launching to non-profits with great success and attempted to ingratiate our product to the commercial sector, too.

- Managed well over 50 partners who participated in Net2phone’s Global Services reseller program.- Succeeded in building a Kuwaiti partner to over $2.4 Million in revenues per quarter (Net2phone’s largest ever).- Created marketing strategies and counseled partners on appropriate business models for their respective countries.- Trained partners and their staffs about Net2phone’s products and services.- Ensured that partners received efficient and timely support from our technical pre-sales and post-sales teams. - Developed new markets for Net2phone. Examples: Botswana, Croatia, and Oman- Negotiated and signed contracts, including the terms and conditions, for prospective authorized resellers of Net2phone.

Newark, New Jersey

- Managed an advertising budget of $6.2 million per quarter reporting directly to the CFO and CMO.- Directed the efforts of Net2phone’s in-house agency, eMedia Advertising, managing a staff of 12. This included graphic design, copywriting, web presence, research & statistics, and media buys.- Generated the direct response campaigns for Net2phone’s products and services through this agency.- Created investment community awareness of our new technology in the telecommunication industry with a pre-IPO campaign as well as a program for corporate branding post-IPO.- Negotiated all Net2phone media buys saving the company more than 40% on its advertising costs.- Enabled and built process whereby eMedia worked very closely with the sales and telemarketing department to ensure timely data for research and tracking of all campaigns. This helped the team sharpen its message for the respective campaigns whether radio, print, transit, or online.
