• Market, sell or support the following products: -- Kofax software suite of capture and transformation products -- IBM Content Manager and CM OnDemand software -- Enterprise and departmental document scanners• Perform presale marketing activities, including:-- Qualify potential customers-- Gather and document customer requirements-- Evaluate technical alternatives based on customer priorities-- Perform product and solution demonstrations and presentations-- Formulate and justify Proof of Concept demonstrations-- Manage the creation of POCs, SOWs and proposals-- Present solutions• Manage product sales and delivery cycle, including:-- Coordinate product and service deliverables from vendors-- Ensure customer satisfaction-- Manage customer billings-- Provide on-going support options• Deliver in-depth technical training and support for IBM CM OnDemand software:-- Implement best practice setup, configuration and administration techniques-- Perform complex problem determination and technical resolution• Deliver, install and support Kofax Capture and KTM solutions:-- Evaluate and present detailed solutions that include ECM integration-- Install software in an architecture sensitive to the existing infrastructure• Architect and design custom ECM migrations plans:-- Identify custom requirements for data extract, manipulation and load-- Create detailed project plans that minimize user impact
