Leveraging knowledge in Human-Centered design, I have paved ways to the creation of features and digital solutions that improve day-to-day experience for end users.I served as a Research Assistant for University of Zurich, wherein I assisted in delivering a “Government as a Platform” roadmap for a digital infrastructure which streamlined delivery for the Ukrainian refugee crisis services in Zurich. Before that, I functioned as the Senior Product Owner for a “state in a smartphone” concept which allowed Ukrainian states to deliver web-based public services which has been used by over 7M users.
