LaKesha Womack owns Womack Consulting Group. Since 2005, the firm has provided Brand Management, Leadership Training, Strategic Planning, and Political Consulting to professionals, not-for-profit organizations, churches, colleges/universities, and businesses worldwide. She specializes in working with newly formed teams, fractured teams, and boards of directors to teach leadership and professional development strategies that enhance communication and improve organizational effectiveness. LaKesha's unique approach to consulting is her ability to help clients envision bigger dreams and construct brands that align with their aspirations. Her one-on-one work with clients and retreat facilitation for teams focus on fostering emotional intelligence, setting ambitious goals, and devising effective implementation strategies.LaKesha's passion for the economic empowerment of Black communities and the creation of generational wealth drives her work.
