Directly oversaw 8-10 monthly publications and Best of Denton County, a 136 page publication and 3 month nomination/voting process that involves closely working with the web developer. The online voting process was something I directly supervised which included working with the hosting service and directly on the website through HTML.Directly responsible for all sales collateral used by the sales team, several school publications, town guides, direct mail pieces, brochures and branding projects. Duties included photography, writing, and interacting directly with clients and city officials. Managed all in-house production, including quality control practices to ensure error free products. Ensured accuracy of file set-up and specs for all out going work. I approved all art team proofs for quality and accuracy.Worked on updating content on the websites through Wordpress which included making new graphics, updating events and adjusting the website through HTML. Ensured all updated web posts conformed to SEO standards.Planned work flow, refined copy and corrected design issues under tight deadlines.
