With over 25 years of experience in the marine and shipping industry, I am a service manager who delivers excellence in marine operations, ISO auditing, HSE policy, and sales management. I have a diploma in business administration and management, and I am certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. My mission is to provide high-quality marine safety equipment and services to clients in the Middle East and Asia.In my most recent role at Solas Marine Services Group, a leading provider of marine safety solutions, I managed the start-up of new operations, led teams of 10-15 employees, and achieved annual sales targets. I developed and implemented effective sales strategies and tactics, built strong relationships with existing and potential clients, streamlined procedures and optimized manpower, and reduced processing and response time for orders and complaints. I also conducted audits, ensured compliance, and provided training and guidance to staff and customers on ISO and HSE standards.
