Previously served as head of product for our Payment Experience group and Applied Machine Learning group reporting directly to our co-founder and later our CPO. A founding member of the PM function at Stripe, I led organizational development efforts including hiring, ladders, and levels. We grew the PM org from 4 to ~50. Worked as an IC PM on developer platform, docs, dashboards, reporting, Stripe Sigma, user security, and fraud modeling. Created Stripe's company-wide Hackathon.
