I was raised in Hong Kong and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. I came to NYC for college, as an international students. I understand the struggle of being oversea, not fluent in English and not having friends. I worked extra hard and have gotten scholarship in my 2nd year. I graduated from Baruch College with a business degree. I started my commercial real estate career with Massey Knakal as an associate in 2011. Cushman Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal in 2014. As a director in the New York Middle Market Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield, I am part of the team that focus in Chinatown and East Village. I have made good relationships with owners and local business in the area. To date, I have been involved in the aggregate sale of over $500 million in real estate sales in the New York metro area. I have always have an entrepreneur mind. My husband and I started MR. AIR NYC in 2017. It is a HVAC contracting company. We specialize in ductless mini split air conditioning and heating. While I was mainly supporting the accounting and backend work in the earlier years. With the company that growing, I have decided to spend 150% of my time here in 2020. I am now managing the office and helping with clients' needs as well as training the employees. As a business owner, we are creating opportunities for the employees. We can adjust the role to employees' interest and talents. We are also open to sponsor talented H1B professional if necessary. We are not limited to a box, but always think and act outside the box.
