I`ve worked as a engineer at video game industry so far( with some exceptions ). What I felt while working across industries, include game and non-game, is that I am kind of craftman. Making something visible, animating and interact lively, by my own hand, always makes me happy. furthermore it needs me digging some areas I have interests at, like drawing, physics, arts. I may find some interesting projects and inspiring people until the end of my career.As a codewriter, my ideal code is easy to read and understand just like a well written article or design doc. And as our code being better, it would be look like one written in natural language. It would be short and structural simple, following order of thinking, hiding boilerplates and emphasizing punchlines. So, when I try to improve my code, I try to figure out how I would write down things in natural language and reference it.I am working at some company in S.Korea, but always have interests at working remotely with oversea colleagues and being digital nomad.
