*Team leader of various audit/advisory teams responsible for audit planning and final accountpreparation in line with relevant statutory, auditing and accounting standards.*Advise the Management/Board of Directors through recommendations on identified internal control weaknesses and issues pertaining to corporate governance.*Diversified clients operating in industries such as aviation, public sector, real estate development, education, public sector, asset management & investment, financial services, advertising etc.

* Data sampling, verifying and ensuring accuracy by vouching transactions, performing analytical reviews and testing relevant management assertions. Review of systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports. Review of reports as schedules and special minutes as it applies to specific accounting line items. Working papers documentation and filing. * Test of compliance with statutory regulations, firm policy, auditing and accounting standards. Test of internal controls and overrides. * Initiates correspondence to verify data, answers queries and obtains additional information on accounts and financial transactions, as required.* Advise management of discrepancies and assist to resolve differences in their records through relevant adjusting journal entries, proper presentation and appropriate disclosure.
