After spending approximately 5 years in external audit with one of the Big Fours, I am currently engaged as a financial consultant with a reputable accounting firm's corporate advisory division for approximately 4 years. Mostly dealing with clients in the manufacturing industries, past dealings includes a palm oil company listed on the Bursa Malaysia main market, producer of fire resistant doors company listed on the Bursa Malaysia main market, Italian company involved in production of cargo ship engines and Middle East company producing automobile brake pads during my external audit time.During my 5 years in corporate advisory, I have been involved in jobs including producing financial due diligence reports, independent business review for banks on loans with recovery issues, acting as a receiver or manager on behalf of a syndicated banks, feasibility studies conducted by government organisation and cash flow projection & budget reviews.Worked with an SME in the commercial tyre manufacturing industry as the Corporate Finance manager to prepare for listing requirement. Also assisted the Chairman in the costing exercise with overall knowledge of costing to pricing and product segmentation strategy for the SME.Currently in the capacity of working as Procurment Manager for a large capital company listed on the Bursa Malaysia capital market. Mainly assist on all aspects related to CAPEX requirements (purchases, planning, return on investment, future projects etc). Also in-charge of spend analysis for purchases of the company.
