Reporting to the Chairman and Board of this privately funded care group, I lead an executive team providing strategic direction, governance, and support to a group of 7 Nursing homes and c.500 healthcare staff taking care of our c.400 elderly residents.

Reporting to the CEO, I was a key member of the Abtran SMT contributing to the overall company strategy. I had specific responsibility for the RoI Utilities business division which accounted for c.42% of Abtran’s total business by value (T/O €70M – EBITDA €8M) & headcount with full budget and margin responsibility.

Reporting to CCO/COO with responsibility for maintaining and strategically developing the existing companywide blue-chip client base with annual revenues of €34M.
