The Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project is located 12 kilometres (km) west of Onslow on the Pilbara coast of Western Australia. The foundation project consists of two LNG trains with a combined capacity of 8.9 million tonnes per annum (MTPA), and a domestic gas plant with capacity for 200 terajoule per day. The project was sanctioned in late 2011, with first cargo expected mid-2017.

NCIG Coal Export Terminal Project.Key tasks and outcomes:- Superintendent with Thiess responsible for the erection of Conveyor sections, structural steel and piping throughout the conveyors, transfer stations and storage bins. - Coordinate multiple subcontractors, materials, plant and equipment and budgets within the specified timeframes. - Conduct regular progress meetings with subcontractors. - Monitor progress against baseline schedule and make adjustments where needed.- Influence Safety outcomes on site via the continued education to ensure subcontractors are aligned with Thiess safety culture. - Attend weekly meetings with the client.

Victorian & Adelaide Desalination Project tenders.Key tasks and outcomes:- Assist the tender team and offer constructability, plant & equipment estimates and durations.- Attend and provide input for safety in design workshops- Work with design engineers developing and marking up isometric drawings quantifying total welds and field joins etc. in all pipe lines, quantity take off’s- Provide estimators with data to enter into the budget estimate and work package breakdown structures. - Vic Desal tender successful.

Thiess BV JV - Bundamba Advanced Water Treatment PlantKey tasks and outcomes:- Responsible for installation of all pipework, tanks, mechanical equipment including microfiltration systems, Reverse Osmosis (RO) units in stages 1A and 1B of the project. - Assisted with commissioning, start-up and handover of both stages.- Developed work packs and contributed to the development of Work Area Packages for the Project. - Ensured ITPs and QA documentation was completed and deliverables were compiled for handover to client. - Supervision of mechanical, piping and rigging crews.

Alcan Gove G3 Refinery ExpansionKey tasks and outcomes:- Senior Supervisor with Thiess responsible for the installation of major pipe racks assemblies and PAM’s (Pre-assembled modules)- Coordinate the installation of the Precipitators and associated launders and pipe work, structural steel and the installation of mechanical components (i.e. heat exchangers, pumps etc.). - Attend daily meetings with construction managers to report on critical path items. - Develop work packs, JSA’s and complete the relevant ITP’s and QA documentation. - Conduct pre-start and safety tool box meetings with the workforce.

Queensland Fertilizer Project, Phosphate Hill, Qld - $360MKey tasks and outcomes:- Mechanical Supervisor for Thiess with this project, involving the construction of the Phosphate Hill Ammonia Plant.- Manage the onsite workshop to spool all small bore piping for the project (Approx. 11km). The piping was made to ASME B31.3 pressure pipe standard. - Other tasks include pipe and mechanical installation.- Development of work packs and coordinating work groups.

PT INCO Nickel Expansion Project, Soroako, Sulawesi, IndonesiaKey tasks and outcomes:- SMP Supervisor for Thiess with this project. Duties for this project included expediting structural steel from the workshops to site (Jakarta). - Responsible for the erection of 400t of structural steel, conveyors, piping and stainless steel stacks. - Coordinate shutdown tie-ins to the existing plant

Diesel Power Station and Oxygen Plant Construction – Piping Lihir Gold Mine, PNGKey tasks and outcomes:- Piping Supervisor for Aisi-Bishman with this project. Duties included the coordination of the national workforce with the installation of diesel generators, intake and exhaust piping at the diesel power station.- Installation of pipe work, structural steel and mechanical components at the Oxygen Plant.
