I have worked in the real estate industry for approximately 9 years. I began working for a corporate real estate firm, where I initially undertook market research, managed client lease portfolios, negotiated lease and renewal agreements, and developed real estate strategies to assist a number of national clients in growing their businesses. In 2016, I made a switch and began working for a landlord/developer. Goldmanco is a Toronto-based retail developer with properties across Ontario and Quebec. I am responsible for leasing and marketing across the portfolio. We are a small family-based developer, giving me the opportunity to also work on construction, planning and development, and property management projects.
