Architect is not only a designer who designs building or draws blueprints, but also a project manager who leads a team for architectural project with various people from different backgrounds.When I was in the military, as a Lieutenant of the Navy of South Korea, I worked as a Project Manager. In 2012, I was working as an aid-de-camp, an Executive Administrative Assistant for a major General. After that, I have worked as an architect of the Tomoon Architects&Engineers, which is the second biggest architectural company in South Korea.While working as an architect, I realized that I was not a good project manager in the past since a good project manager should know not only about architecture but also about Management, Finance, Flaw of Capital, Negotiation, and etc.To be an outstanding global Project Manager and an architect at the same time, I joined MBA program at HULT International Business School in San Francisco in 2017.
