Headhunted to join KPK Quantity Surveyor which was subsequently acquired by Davis Langdon in 2012. Lead a team of 13 in Indonesia, responsible for P&L, running operations including managing bids, overseeing projects, managing clients and vendors, and recruiting staff. Also managed QS tasks including managing bids, resources, measuring off-quantities.

Managed all costs activities of current and new projects including budget preparation, research, managing expenditure, and generating monthly cost reports. Worked with design and engineering consultants, from development to construction, assisting with site visits, cost, budget and sourcing needs during the projects.
