As a computer consultant I have worked on many projects in hardware software and networks where I troubleshot daily IT desktop client issues, supporting multiple departments and various offices. Some projects include short term Helpdesk II support for a healthcare hardware company, Design and install Network and Computer Systems for small business and for personal users. Large scale POS projects in multiple store and locations. Network diagnostic and repair. WiFi and cell signal mapping. Developed training materials, conducted webinars and authored wikis for user training and support use.

Serves as a teacher and instructor for technical students in the computer technology program. Instructed students in Computer Applications based on Microsoft Office, Programming Language: Visual Basic, XNA and Java , Web design Microsoft Expression and Adobe Indesign. I developed a proposal for a high school robotics course, the course received approval and grant funding. I was responsible for operating and maintaining the FIRST Robotics program at the school. The Robotics program was successful and I led the first FRC Team to the Robotics World Championship.
