Finance Officer: -Manage all the money in the hotel, including cash, bank transfer, credit card, and cheque-Control petty cash and do cash payment report daily-Report all daily revenues and expenses -Summarize profit and loss report monthly-Submit ภ.ง.ด.1,3,53/ ภพ.30/ SSO-Prepare documents for government regarding the hotel certificate when needed-Prepare documents for bank when needed -Prepare and summarize Purchase Order(PO) monthly-Prepare refund document when needed-Issue invoices/ Tax invoice/ Withholding tax certificate for company-Arrange and transfer payment to vendor/ suppliers according to due date(AP) -Reconcile revenue(AR) daily-Working as the general manager requests
