I'm a recent Bachelor of Information Technology graduate from La Trobe University who's gainfully employed at WilldooIT!I'm excelling in my current role where my day to day work sees me utilising Python, Postgres, XML and an ORM to develop and refine custom and bespoke modules and programs that build upon the integrated open-source Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning suite of applications. I develop in a Debian Linux environment, debug every day, unit test, regularly deploy to live and test customer instances, utilise Git and GitHub, and engage in continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous testing, with an aim to develop a strong practice in test-driven development.In addition to technical skills and responsibilities, every day I also communicate and break down technical and non-technical information internally between departments as well as externally to clients. Every day I engage with our developers, our business analysts and our support technicians in order to support my colleagues in their roles and also satisfy and deliver for our customers. I am very used to managing internal and external expectations, staying on top of tasks, and communicating as soon as problems arise.At WilldooIT we have a wide range of customers from a wide range of industries that each have their own unique ways of operating, and so in addition to technical and non-technical skills, I am also developing business acumen and analytical skills so as to better understand our customers' businesses and needs.I am looking forward to developing my skills and continuously pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and would love to hear from you.
