Joined an Engine startup concentrating on B2B and tech accounts. Grew the business successfully during the worst year of the recession, winning global pitches against agencies such as M&C Saatchi, VCCP and Publicis. Very enjoyable, although it was unusual to be pitching for an entire year. Clients included Corinthia Hotels, Alibaba, Santander (with WCRS), Neptune, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Volvo Construction, Travelex, Eurex, Jones Lang LaSalle

Appointed to head up the newly acquired Lloyds TSB account, after helping out on the ATL work at Rainey Kelly. Also produced work for Virgin Media, PruHealth and Gartmore.

Hired by Steve Harrison to work across the agency's accounts. I was made his Deputy when he stepped up to become Global CCO. Our clients included M&G, Microsoft, San Miguel, CitiBank and Vodafone. I also had global oversight of the Rolls-Royce business.

Worked for a variety of agencies around town, including an extended stint at Lowe Broadway, creating work for Vauxhall.

Creative Directors - and sole creatives - in this small but fun agency based on the King's Road. Our accounts were mainly sporting - Fila, Dunlop, Slazenger. Loads of shoots with famous footballers and athletes. And loads of great work too.
