• Responsible for design and maintain complex Virtualization IT Infrastructure Service according to defined SLAs/OLAs and provide them effective and efficient, including- Event Management- Incident Management- Access Management- IT Operations Control- Facilities Management- Applications Management- Operational activities of : Change Management, Configuration Management, Release and Deployment Management, Capacity Management, Knowledge Management, Financial Management for IT services and IT Service Continuity Management• Responsible for lead the solving process for incidents and issues related to the Virtualization IT Infrastructure Service according to defined SLAs/OLAs• Responsible for delivery projects on time, with quality and within budget as specified in the project work order• Responsible for change management process and for continuous improvement of service quality.• Responsible to support contract and vendor management, conducts license management• Coordinates and develops, implements, documents, tests and deploys new solutions and services related to Virtualization IT Infrastructure Service• Support colleagues in prioritizing, organizing and improving their activities to accomplish their tasks.

• Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining servers, data storage equipment and facilities for the reserve (backup) of all Bank locations.• Design and implementation of servers, storage solutions and data services, with emphasis on quality and end user satisfaction.• Participation in standards development of infrastructure and operational procedures. Providing documentation for installation, technical support and maintenance under its responsibility.• Looking for information and maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and technology on computer servers. Evaluation of new server hardware, software and technologies, and making recommendations on possible implementations.• Responsible for maintaining the overall health of ProCredit Bank servers system, troubleshooting and resolving problems within the Bank's Active Directory infrastructure;• Provides continuous monitoring, assessment and reporting about the overall computer infrastructure and individual systems performance;• Participates in the development of the computer Active Directory infrastructure standards and operational procedures;• Researches and maintains knowledge of infrastructure technologies;• Maintains and develops security systems in order to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of data on the bank computer infrastructure;• Participates in the development of infrastructure standards and operational procedures;• Configures monitors and troubleshoots the computers and servers both from the branches offices and from the Datacenter;• Supports the technical support staff including the Service Desk function, Incident and Problem Management processes, by providing direction, training, and assistance with escalated problems;• Ensures that quality services with an emphasis on end-user satisfaction are provided to Bank’s employees that are using the computer infrastructure;

Ensure proper functioning of the network and the computers, internet connection, software users, system protection against viruses.Responsible for providing high-quality technical support for software programs. I also worked on other programming and documentation projects as required. Deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing infrastructure, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of theologies.Starting and managing IT communication systems, including preventive maintenance by applying updates and patches.
