• Design and implementation of servers, storage solutions and data services, with emphasis on quality and end user satisfaction.

• Responsible for maintaining the overall health of ProCredit Bank servers system, troubleshooting and resolving problems within the Bank's Active Directory infrastructure;
• Provides continuous monitoring, assessment and reporting about the overall computer infrastructure and individual systems performance;
