From the time I entered the insurance industry, I’ve always wanted to be more than just an “Agent.” I’m not talking about job titles—because over the course of my career I’ve worn many hats—but what I really mean is to add value to my customers’ insurance programs, providing real solutions, education, and cost savings. I do this by providing current best-practice training focused on processes that help control a business’s workers compensation insurance costs, engage employees and create positive change in the safety culture of the companies I work with. I have saved my client's thousands of dollars from the initial quote on General Liability and Workers Compensation and only 24-36-month period for signifcant change in their Experience Modification Factor.For three decades I have worked diligently to provide comprehensive insurance programs and risk management services for business owners around the Mountain West. Earning a Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education in 1998 and I received my Certified Workers Compensation Advisor designation from the Institute of Work Comp Professionals in 2011. I have served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Salt Lake and as President of the Utah Independent Insurance Agent, in 2010. I was awarded the Independent Insurance Agent of Year by the Utah Independent Insurance Association in 2012.
