About Jennifer Eskridge (She/Her)

I advocate for and work with clients to tell their story. My role is to communicate authentically, assist in identifying paths forward, and when appropriate I help secure funding. Working INK brings technical knowledge of the financial world, specifically for nonprofits and social entrepreneurship ventures, with a deeply human and empathetic approach to written narrative. Since 2012, we’ve worked to redefine the way organizations craft their own stories, purpose, and financial plans to reinvigorate the way they interact with other organizations and create partnerships of financial support and collaboration.FAIRBIKES is a FOR-Profit venture - one inspired by the work we do for Non-Profits. It is a dedicated effort to create an economically sustainable and socially responsible business using business modeling designed to reduce risks and accelerate the start-up process. According to Political Activist, Helen Keller, "Toleration is the greatest gift of the mind; it requires the same effort of the brain that it takes to balance oneself on a bicycle." More Fun + More Goodwill, not bad reasons to take a bike ride.

It is a dedicated effort to create an economically sustainable and socially responsible business. We are using business modeling designed to reduce risks and accelerate the start-up process. Beginning with 'Bike to Work Week' in May of 2013 and continuing through September we did hands-on, face-to-face market research at over 25 local events, followed by a month reviewing what we had learned. What we had learned was a bike share could address and in some cases solve several problems that Fairbanks residents, businesses owners, and visitors identified during our customer discovery research.
