- Looking after artist hospitality, catering and accreditation for events in the Barbican Concert Hall.

- Assisted the festival product testing and improving new accreditation and ticketing systems, to help create a better user experience for workers and customers interacting with them. In addition to this, I helped on customer service and refunds during a very busy period surrounding the cancellation of their 2020 event due to COVID-19.

- Work regularly as an on-the-day show manager, overseeing all aspects of the particular event I’m on, assisting artists, staff and customers to help to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

- Personnel administration. I vetted and recruited volunteers for this annual 1-day festival, assigning them each varied split shifts over the 8 different festival areas based on their preferences and experience, and did my best to make sure they were taken care of and had a good time during the course of the day.

I also shared responsibility for various office interns during my time at ATP, and where possible there as well, tried to give them opportunities to learn parts of the business rather than just random tasks.- Audio & Video Production: I setup audio recording equipment at festival stages, catalogued the audio/video archive from over 10 years of events, mixed multitrack audio recordings on ProTools to showcase the archive, edited together promotional videos on iMovie using footage from the archive, prepared audio masters for digital distribution & physical production for the company’s record label arm ATP Recordings, and engineered/mixed a limited series radio show.- Physical & Digital Marketing: I booked national billboard, poster & flyer campaigns, wrote copy for website announcements, and at times also looked after social media channels.- Online Store Manager: Ran the online store which sold mainly records, clothing & posters. I covered all aspects myself, from product photography, to stock management, to postage & packaging.- Venue Management: The company ran its own venue during 2015 and early 2016.
