Director Of Collegiate Experience
Current• Provide leadership to the Collegiate Experience department which encompasses all collegiate and volunteer training and development, chapter and crisis management, leadership development, inclusion efforts, and the overall member experience. • Management of twenty-three (23) full-time department staff, with direct supervision to (6-FTE) and oversee organizational workflow including training and development for collegians, advisors and national leadership team members, chapter crises management, chapter health and the leadership development consultant (LDC) program. • Collaborates with the national vice president, national vice president – membership, national vice president – collegians, collegiate National Leadership Team (NLT), local advisors and campus-based professionals. Under the guidance of the National Board of Directors, responsible for policy development and implementation, product development and resource allocation.• Manage the training and development team responsible for creation and implementation of harm prevention, all-member education, differentiated member experiences, collegiate officer, volunteer experiences and emerging leader development, and develop systems requirements for implementation of technology platforms related to chapter management and education.• Oversee and develop team leaders as they manage collegiate chapters, establishment of new chapters, university judicial/conduct/students of concern incidents and the development of training and curriculum to support the overall member experience. Advise multiple crises and serve as lead role on crisis management team as needed and required.• Collaborate effectively with management team across departments especially the directors of marketing and communications and chapter housing as it related to the collegiate experience and member development. Manage the development and completion of routine department communication including the Collegiate Confidante, NLT News.
