I ensure preparation ofquality product in a timely and efficient manner for theguests or staff; maintenance of cleanliness, sanitationat the assigned work area; preparation of all menuitems by strictly following recipes and yield guide. Withmy consistent efforts I check supplies and prep lists andensure all items are prepped in a timely fashion;replenish service lines as needed and restock andprepare the workstation for the next shift; ensure thatall products are stored properly in the correct locationat the appropriate levels at all times.
