During my time at Google I had the opportunity to build both sourcing and recruiting teams that had a global impact. I participated in multiple program management initiatives, including headcount planning, resource management, OKR Setting, internal & external (Coursera) trainings, DEI , RPO Management, hiring process improvements and data driven reporting. Here are a few of my accomplishments:● Built an 18 person global recruiting team to support technical hiring needs across both campus and industry● Oversaw the recruiting strategy to expand our SWE hiring presence in Brazil & Canada across all Google product areas● Led bi-annual talent reviews and quarterly performance management conversations, includingcareer development plans, performance improvement plans, promotion & terminationconversations, maintaining a 95%+ manager satisfaction score● Managed our team wide resourcing strategy, including both full-time and temp employees, hiring 70 Google Staffers in 2021● Revamped our new-hire training process to centralize and streamline our onboarding, reducing ramp-up time by 20%● Supported the strategy planning & operations of a 6 month, 300 person staffing reorg● Led OKR setting strategy for our North America Sourcing organization, negotiating a consistent orgwide methodology across multiple teams and influencing a 20%+ production increase● Created an 8 week Leadership Development Program for 40 Austin Based Staffing Leads, focused onremote work strategies, wellbeing & change management● Helped develop both the Passive Channels (sourcing) and Active Channels (online applications) strategy for the 2018, 2019 & 2020 campus hiring season, working with senior leadership to build a comprehensive engagement plan for 25,000+ candidates● Managed the candidate engagement strategy for 5 different diversity-focused conferences & represented Google at domestic and international recruiting events● Participated in 100+ Interviews for Google Staffing
