Responsible for leading a team comprising of a Business Process Manager, a Project Manager and an IT Department that analyze passenger behavior, personal and hold baggage screening operations and business performance. Responsible for the Division’s relationships with Allied IT corporate, SaaS vendors, Aviation’s Microsoft/365 and Google Apps environments. Provide 3rd level technical support to the IT and Operations staff for all our computers systems used in the airports. Provided 3rd level support for 21 airports for ADP (HR System), Timegate (scheduling system), Guardtek AUSLogin and m-Post (day-of Airport management system), i360Manager (Aviation’s developed real time day-of staff management), KPIFire (KPI publishing, planning and project management) applications along with multiple corporate computer system automations.Led the implementation of DOMO within Aviation in 2023. Publish data into DOMO from Aviation_Live for further analysis which is used daily by our human resources and operations departments.
