I've always gravitated towards health, wellness, and personal development. I've had the privilege of coaching over a thousand people on topics related to mental, emotional, and physical health and thriving in the challenges of sports, entrepreneurship, corporate realm, and family relationships through a methodology called storywork. The philosophy of storywork is built around the potency of words and the breath. They hold the power to elevate or crush us. My mission is to teach people how to harness both in order to improve their well-being.
