I'm responsible for end-to-end implementations in financial services industry. As architect I'm consulting business stakeholders to formulate strategy and help organization to manage IT like a business, envision & design target IT architecture, oversee development & testing and at last, support roll-out and end-user adoption. As IBMer I've managed & successfully delivered projects of more than 18.000 implementation man-days. My last engagement included complete makeover of Mortgage sales processes, retail bank day to day operations and Collateral & risk management.

In the CIO role, I was participating in the management team, that was delivering overall strategy of transition to new - centrally governed model of the National Secondary School Graduation Exam execution. My responsibilities were mainly to prepare Ministry driven organization to handle transition to target state from the perspective of IT projects as well as execution of the project, delivering IT Support to Teachers and Evaluators education pragramme (delivered using blended learning approach). Indivisible part of my job was preparation and acceptance of the roadmap, budget, risk & mitigation plan and project execution documentation for the overall change management project

We’ve gained more than 10 new customers from Enterprise sphere (500+ employees) including Ministry of Education, Ministry of Transportation, National Centre for Education, Municipality of Prague or Municipality of Ostrava.

I was responsible for market research & innovation management in the Job seekers industry (mobile, API, Web 2.0 UI/UX) which I've performed within boundaries of star-gate innovation process methodology. Also, part of my duties was to support large projects like MS SQL Server migration with few hundreds of Gigabytes of customer / business data (where I've created automated tool to migrate functions, stored procedures to the new syntax).

Startup in KS, USA focused on online analytical services supporting greyhound gambling. Internet crawler, Microsoft Business Intelligence (ETL+OLAP), Business Warehouse Development w/ Portal like Front-End. Subscription based service w/ 10.000+ subscribers in first month of public beta. Out of business due to legal reasons.
