I managed 4 departments totaling 70 employees responsible for all housekeeping operations required to operate a full-service Hyatt hotel.

I managed approximately 37 employees having the collective responsibility to maximize hotel revenue by promoting Hyatt programs and services and ensuring guest satisfaction.
