Increased revenues in National Chain and Industrial accounts. Demonstrated the importance of the culinary experience in selling products and used these skills to more than triple sales revenues in 6 years. Gained confidence and personal connections across all channels of the food industry, taking projects from benchtop to sales revenues.

First R&D chef in company's 70+ year history. Became one of the first 10 CRCs in 2002 while in this position. Main focus was sales support but also played a large role in the marketing of Illes and bench top development of dry and liquid flavoring systems of all types. Succeeded in establishing the Culinary Department as a leading department in the company to drive revenues. In charge of directing day-to-day management and bench top development of new products for sales support and customer presentations. Traveled the world discovering future trends through cultural immersion, bringing these new and exciting ideas to the marketplace.
