I have had the pleasure of co-owning and leading the success and growth of Crush Design, a job I have genuinely enjoyed for over 16 years.Crush is a premium, full-service agency that I have helped grow from a starting headcount of two (the two co-owners!) to now having a well-established team of ten with an international collection of clients.Whilst my heart will always remain with Crush (the best agency in the world!) I have stepped away as director and will only be supporting them as a consultant.I am starting a new journey. Change is good for the heart, the mind and the soul.I am planning on using my vast experience, knowledge and expertise to work with a select few clients that I enjoy working with.I am also deeply immersed in AI, learning about its capabilities and its progress. I believe AI will have a profound effect on all our lives, so I would like to be ready.Finally, I am doing a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy over four years with the Sherwood Institute.
